Commonwealth Consulting Services designs customer training programs aimed at ensuring that all levels of our clients’ organization is fully prepared and properly motivated to implement energy efficiency and sustainability plans.  Working with senior management,  Commonwealth Consulting Services set overall goals and objectives for the training program and develops customized, detailed solutions by working with a Stakeholder group identified by management.

Commonwealth Consulting Services delivers customized training programs through a variety of methods.  These include seminar and individualized training, live internet webinars, online course development, and the production of training manuals and other instructional materials.

When appropriate, Commonwealth Consulting Services works with its academic partners to deliver direct classroom educational services for client personnel.
