Measurement and Verification (M&V) is an integral part of any contract that involves guaranteed or shared savings.

Commonwealth Consulting Services will always set aside time and resources to examine and explain in detail the M&V portion of any guaranteed savings agreement, as it defines the long term rules and methods that will be used to define success of a multi-year savings guarantee.

The M&V plans we develop are tailored to your needs and the specific project(s).  Commonwealth Consulting Services M&V Methods are always consistant with IMVP sanctioned standards and include:

• Calculated savings, developed jointly with the customer
• One-time, or short-term, performance measurements conducted post-installation
• On-going post-installation measurement and monitoring
